"Greetings, I have already completed your questionnaire, but thought I would add my own comments. I have been fortunate to have stayed in many hotels of a very high standard both in UK and throughout the world. While these have been very enjoyable none has so completely met your standards of service. The ambience of Kirroughtree House Hotel and its facilities are delightful, but it is your staff that make the difference. The welcome was particularly pleasant but really everyone excelled at providing service that was personal and warm without being familiar - just right.
A memorable experience that I hope to repeat and will certainly recommend.
